32 CFR 199 (DHA Version)

Authority for the TRICARE Program is Title 32 to the Code of Federal Regulations Part 199 (32 CFR 199). Please note that CHAMPUS Regulation DoD 6010.8R has been ELIMINATED.
The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is a codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the Executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government, including policies and procedures published by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) on the delivery of health care.
The DHA copy of the 32 CFR 199 is NOT the official copy of the Regulation. This version of the CFR is provided here only as a convenience for the DHA community. The official CFR is located online at the GPO website and is a joint project authorized by the publisher, the National Archives and Records Administration's Office of the Federal Register, and the Government Printing Office (GPO).

The April 12, 2005 edition of the 32 CFR 199 (DHA Version is available online. This edition supersedes the July 1, 2001 edition. All changes to the July 1, 2001 edition (through Change 27 dated October 12, 2004) have been incorporated along with the Interim Final Rule published on March 16, 2005.
All future changes will be published to this edition.
